Ken was born and raised in Iowa where he had a successful career in both Real Estate Sales and Property Management since 1988. Ken later became a Real Estate Investor buying several properties of his own and started his own Property Management Company in 2004. Ken relocated to Florida in 2011 and joined Universal Team Realty shortly after moving to the Sunshine State.
As a Realtor, Ken’s first priority is to make his clients happy. He listens to his clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and he strives to ensure that the buying, selling, or renting process is fun, easy, and stress-free. His clients can count on him any time when they have a question or concern.
